Consultation Manager is delivered either on a project by project basis or as an Enterprise platform. 

Note: with both versions you can have an unlimited number of users accessing the system.  We do not charge on a user basis.


Project Version
The Project Version of Consultation Manager is ideal for single projects and is priced to suit project budgets, with an $1800 setup fee and an annual maintenance fee as follows:

• up to 1000 stakeholders: $900
• up to 5000 stakeholders: $1800
• up to 10000 stakeholders: $2700
• each additional 10000 stakeholders: $900

Enterprise Version
Consultation Manager Enterprise empowers you to build a stakeholder relationship knowledgebase across your organisation.  If cross-project reporting and stakeholder history is critical to your operations, Enterprise is for you.
