Consultation Manager is delivered either on a project by project basis or as an Enterprise platform. 

Note: with both versions you can have an unlimited number of users accessing the system.  We do not charge on a user basis.


Project Version
The Project Version of Consultation Manager is ideal for single projects and is priced to suit project budgets, with a $1800 setup fee and an annual maintenance fee as follows:

• up to 1000 stakeholders: $900
• up to 5000 stakeholders: $1800
• up to 10000 stakeholders: $2700
• each additional 10000 stakeholders: $900

Enterprise Version
Consultation Manager Enterprise empowers you to build a stakeholder relationship knowledgebase across your organisation.  If cross-project reporting and stakeholder history is critical to your operations, Enterprise is for you.

The key advantages of Enterprise are:

• centralisation of all stakeholder data
• the ability to customise your platform
• more cost-effective for large numbers of projects

The Setup Fees for Enterprise are as follows:

• up to 5 Projects - $27,500
• up to 10 Projects - $35,750
• up to 20 Projects - $44,000
• up to 50 Projects - $68,750
• up to 100 Projects - $107,250
• more than 100 Projects - POA

Annual Maintenance Fees for Enterprise are 20% of the Total Setup Fee (for up to 50,000 stakeholders).
