upgrading-to-version-2
            

Existing clients who wish to upgrade their project/s to Version 2.0 need to complete the Version 2.0 upgrade form.

As part of the upgrade process, each Team Member on your existing project will need to familiarise themselves with the new platform by logging into our demonstration project.  To receive a login to this demonstration project please have them email us at login@consultationmanager.com.au mentioning your existing project name.  We will email back their login details.

In particular, all Team Members involved in an upgraded project will need to view all Quick Training Videos and know how to:
  • build a multi-criteria search using the advanced search capabilities and save this search to favourites

  • open and work on multiple items simultaneously in the workspace

  • add an event and link it to a stakeholder, property and an action

  • clone, merge, delete and restore a stakeholder

  • generate a stakeholder consultation report and a stakeholder statistics report based on a search

  • map issues spatially using the mapping features and overlay electorate and statistical information directly onto the map
